Better Newspaper Contest - Editorial Division

• Contest period: January 1 through December 31
• Rules available on MPA web site and/or mailed out: December 31 (or last work day of Dec.)
• Deadline for entries to be in MPA office: March 2, 2010, 5 pm
• Notices to newspapers that placed: usually in early May
• Awards presentation: June, during annual MPA convention
